Return Policy
Scratch and dent saunas and unsanded saunas are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or refunds.
Orders begin processing immediately upon purchase, and cannot be cancelled in the system once payment has been received.
In product descriptions we provide helpful information about the sauna, inner and outer dimensions, and more to help you determine if The Sauna V is a good fit for you. Please email jessi@saunav.com if you have questions about ordering and/or concerns regarding your order
Returns on sanded saunas are approved on a case by case basis.
Here’s the process to request approval for a return.
Request approval for a return by emailing jessi@saunav.com, requests must be within 14 days of delivered product. Include order number, full name, shipping address, and email attached used to place the order.
If you receive approval, you will get a return label for shipment, item must be received at our facility within 14 days (take into account shipping times)
Items must be returned in original packaging including the box and inside packing materials
Item must be unused and in the same condition that it left our facility
If the item passes inspection, then you will receive a refund (minus shipping) within 14 days of item arriving at our facility
