Wood Sealing & Protecting

Lacquer seals and protects the wood. Sealing the wood is recommended to increase the longevity of the wood.  Beeswax or natural oil are recommended. 

This Agreement is made and entered into on purchase date (“Invoice Date”) between Sauna V, LLC a Limited Liability Company, (“Hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and purchaser, (Hereinafter referred to as “Member.”)

Member assumes responsibility upon purchase of wholesale vaginal steam saunas. 

Company provides quotes for wholesale vaginal steam saunas, shipping estimates, logo orders. Due to fluctuation in cost of goods, market shipping changes, quoted prices are good for 1 week. Coronavirus has made availability, prices, and shipping times volatile and unreliable. Prices are subject to change based on market prices for wood, shipping, and milling.  California fires are day to day in regards to the impact on material availability, shipping times, and cost. 

Company is not responsible for the set up, care, outcome, steam plans, and/or use of vaginal steam saunas by the end customer. Company does not give out medical advice, or any recommendations that would replace that of a medical provider, medical doctor, or medical institution. 

Intellectual Property Rights

All written, digital, and web media is protected by copyright laws.  

 

Design rights protected by patent protections and under penalty of law. Patent pending. Design copy during a patent pending period is punishable by law during the pending period. Trademark rights to Sauna V, LLC, “The Sauna V Method™️”, “Sauna V™️”, “The Sauna V™️”. 

Purchasing competitor counterfeit products or products designs that were unethically and illegally sourced and inspired from Company as part of intellectual, design, and/or trademark properties; will negatively impact your wholesale standing with Company by immediate termination of account without refund. 

Wholesale Program Details a. Wholesale vaginal steam saunas. b. Company will provide the pricing structure, bulk discounts, shipping estimates, custom design quotes. Prices are confidential. Member agrees to confidentiality regarding wholesale prices. 

 

a. Member agrees and understands that Company has created numerous original, creative works in connection with the Program, and agrees that Company maintains all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in all original or derivative content associated with or included in Wholesale Program, whether created prior to working with Member or specifically for Member, including but not limited to: social media strategies, handouts, worksheets, tutorial videos, trade secrets, and any other original work created by Company. Member agrees she may be granted a limited right to use selected materials in the course of his or her own business, but understands that the rights remain with Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a transfer of ownership of any Intellectual Property from Company to Member, nor grant any license to use the information, other than that which is expressly provided throughout the Program.

b. Member agrees and understands he/she is not to copy, repost, alter, publish, sell, assist others in selling, manipulate, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the content or intellectual property provided by Company or obtained through working with Company, without Company’s express written consent. If such behavior is discovered or suspected, Company reserves the right to immediately end your participation in the Program without refund, as well as access to any program or materials you may have purchased, without refund, and reserve the right to prosecute any actionable infringement or misuse to the full extent of the law.

c. Licensee Rights: Company’s Limited License to Member: Member understands that in purchasing the Program, she/he is gaining access to view all content and information available as part of the Program, as well as any additional information or content shared with him/her by Company as she sees fit. Member understands this means he/she will have been granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to read and use the information provided for use in his/her business and life, as instructed or allowed by Company. As a “Licensee,” Member understands and agrees that Member will not:

i. Copy, edit, distribute, duplicate or steal any information or any Content obtained through Program without written permission by Company;

ii. Post, distribute, copy, steal or otherwise use any portion of the Program or its content without written permission by Company, and understand that any such use may constitute infringement, which may give rise to a cause of action against Member.

iii. Share purchased materials, information, content with others who have not purchased them.

iv. Member further acknowledges and understands that any such actions including but not limited to those outlined above will likely constitutes infringement and/or theft of our work, and a violation of this Agreement and United States Federal laws.

Material Disclaimer

Member understands that wood has naturally occurring imperfections, and can not be avoided during the milling process of trees. These imperfections may include knots in the wood or “burls”, inconsistent grains tinting, coloring, and hews. Minimal flaws may occur in the process of utilizing raw material (wood) into a workable piece of equipment.

Protecting Wood

Wood sealer is needed for the longevity and protection of the wood. Company is not responsible for under any circumstance, where product has not been sealed with recommended sealer, cited on company website. 

Shipping Disclaimer

Shipping damages may occur. Company pays shipping agencies to insure packages. The agency is responsible to pay for replacement products and shipping. A claim must be filed by company with original packaging and tracking number in order for the claim to be approved. Member is responsible for packaging labels with tracking numbers upon arrival. 

In the unfortunate event of damages in the shipping process; 

 

Qualifications

• Member agrees to save original packaging and label(s) containing tracking number(s). 

• Member understands if the original packaging and label(s) containing tracking number(s) is not saved, member is responsibility for the cost(s) of product replacement and shipping.

• Members agrees to fully cooperate with shipping agency policy for claims resolutions

Sauna V, LLC reserves the right to deny any wholesale applications. Wholesale applications are considered based on shared passion, values, and mission.

Sanding can be completed by using 220 grit sandpaper by hand to achieve desired smoothed edges.
